Han Tai Technology Co., Ltd established a new joint venture company (TOCALO& HAN TAI TW CO., LTD) with Japan Tocalo.

1.In consideration to have joint venture with strategic investors , Han Tai Technology Co., Ltd intends to spin-off the independently operated eletronics department.

2.The division schemes adopts newly-established division method, i.e. Han Tai Technology Co., Ltd divides the relevant electronics business unit and transfer them to the newly-establsihed TOCALO& HAN TAI TW CO., LTD.

3.The new company (TOCALO & HAN TAI TW CO., LTD) is established in April 2011.
